Christ the King Altar Servers Ministry
Dear parents, this form helps us to have your contact information so we can communicate with you on any information pertinent to our altar servers ministry.

We will also send you an email so that you can download and sign up for our ministry scheduling application to submit your Mass time preferences and days which your child is unavailable to serve, and send the altar servers schedule on a monthly basis. We want you to know that we will make sure your child only serves as often as they would like, we accommodate to your ability to serve!

There is a make up training for all interested altar servers on Saturday, June 15 from 10:30am to 12:00pm noon in the Church. We hope to see you there!
